Terms and conditions that all home owners MUST accept when listing their home on SUPREME FLORIDA RENTALS. By listing your home you fully accept all of the terms and conditions as laid out below:

Supreme Florida Rentals do NOT accept any listings from home owners who have an interest in or run a commercial web site - there are NO exceptions to this rule.

1. On all listings placed on SUPREME FLORIDA RENTALS, there can be NO contact details such as email address, web site address, telephone numbers, unless the Annual payment option has been selected. On the Commission only option no contact details are permitted at all. If in any doubt as to which payment option is best for you, please check our Home owners FAQ section or contact us.
2. On all listings placed on SUPREME FLORIDA RENTALS, there must be no advertising of other services such as flights, car hire or park tickets. Any owner breaking these rules will have there listing/s immediately removed from our site.
3. Any enquiry received by any owner which is for dates that can not be accommodated must be forwarded back to SUPREME FLORIDA RENTALS in order that it can  be circulated to all other owners – giving them the chance to secure a rental.
4. On replies sent to enquiries, owners MUST quote their SUPREME FLORIDA RENTALS  property reference number in the subject line of replies, this is whether they are general or direct enquiries.  
5. Owners must not advertise other services that SUPREME FLORIDA RENTALS offers in their replies to enquiries (such as car hire, flights or attraction tickets). Again, failure to adhere to this will result in immediate removal of the owners property listing.
6. NO automated replies are to be generated for any SUPREME FLORIDA RENTALS enquiries, as these usually have contact details on that may redirect enquirers to other web sites etc.
7. The forwarding of any enquiries you receive through SUPREME FLORIDA RENTALS to other home owners who do not advertise on SUPREME FLORIDA RENTALS is strictly prohibited. If we suspect this is happening, your advert on SUPREME FLORIDA RENTALS may be immediately removed. 
8. Adverts are published live immediately as we do not want to delay owners receiving enquiries. This process requires full and total honesty on the part of the owner when listing their home. Random checks are made on listings and any that do not meet our strict criteria will be removed without notice. Remember – the owner has agreed to our terms and conditions.
9. The photo of the front of your home MUST be the one that appears on the search results on the listings page. Any owner that can not provide a home photograph front view will not be permitted to list their home on SUPREME FLORIDA RENTALS.  
10. The content of your listing must be professional and thorough throughout the listing. The listings must not contain any content at all that could or might case offence to any race, religion colour or creed. Any listings which contravene this will be immediately removed.
11. If you cannot display photos of your own home (e.g. the property that you are advertising for rent on SUPREME FLORIDA RENTALS), then you must obtain the permission of the owner of any photos you use and clearly state in your advert text that the home photos are not of your home but of one of a similar design and layout or as previously stated,  model home pictures. Your own photographs must be added to your listing as soon as they are available. 
12. The current rate for bookings for our owners who list their home on the commission only payment option and secure a booking as a result of enquiries from SUPREME FLORIDA RENTALS is £15 / $25 per week booked. The payment is not refundable should your guest cancel. This is payable as soon as you receive the deposit from the guest. It is your responsibility to ensure you keep track of your bookings and your payments, this can be easily tracked by logging in to your account and selecting payment options – commission only.
13. SUPREME FLORIDA RENTALS commitment to our owners is that we will ALWAYS actively market our site in media and press to give our owners as much chance as possible of securing rental bookings, however within an ever changing market place there can be no guarantees of rental enquiries or bookings.
14. SUPREME FLORIDA RENTALS do not refund owners once a listing has been accepted on to our site.
