LIVING AREA:
Large open plan carpeted room with vaulted ceiling with wonderful views out to the pool and beyond. Cable TV, DVD/VCR Player. Hi-Fi with large collection of CDs, luxury comfortable furniture, large DVD library, Games, Books & Toys. A 24 hour monitored alarm is fitted for your added peace of mind

POOL & SPA:
Larger than average pool measuring 30 x 15 with a Spa with fantastic views over conservation and trees. Our large extended decking area ensures no-one is fighting for space plus a covered lanai. Not directly overlooked by neighbouring villas. Planting down the sides of the Pool Screen adds that extra bit of privacy. For those travelling with young children you will be pleased to know there is a 4ft Safety Fence between the villa and the pool (this can be removed if not required) Sun Loungers with cushions, Patio Table and Chairs, Sun Umbrella, Pool Blanket and toys all add to your comfort and enjoyment. Underwater lighting in the pool & spa means you can have a swim day or night

KITCHEN:
Compact but fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, large Fridge Freezer, Microwave, glass topped Range Cooker, Waste disposal plus all pots, pans, glasses, cutlery etc. Extra seating for 2 is provided at the breakfast bar area.

NOOK/DINING ROOM:
Adjacent to the kitchen and with fantastic views of the pool and the surrounding trees and conservation through the 2 large windows. Seating for 6 at our beech dining table. A high chair is also available if required at no extra charge. Fully tiled floor.

MASTER BED 1: En-Suite
King size super comfy bed with added luxury MemoryFoam Bed Topper. Matching bedside furniture, Dresser with mirror, Lamps, Cable TV and alarm clock plus a large walk in wardrobe/closet. The tiled En-Suite comprises a double Shower with seating, WC and hand basin. A Hairdryer is also provided. This room doubles up as the Pool Bathroom - useful during the day as it saves wet feet trailing through the house. Travel Cot, Pushchair, Baby Monitor, Safe, spare bedding plus DVD's, CD's and books can all be found in the closet.

MASTER BED 2: En-Suite
Queen size bed with added luxury MemoryFoam Bed Topper. Lovely sunny room with large walk in closet/wardrobe plus a large tiled Ensuite with His 'n' Hers Wash Basins, double Shower with seating, WC, Hairdryer and scales (useful for weighing your cases on the way back home!)
Matching bedside furniture, Dresser with mirror, Lamps, Cable TV with DVD Player and an alarm clock complete this room

TWIN BEDS:
2 Single Beds both with Memory Foam luxury Bed Toppers added. Wardrobe/Closet with a large selection of girls & boys Dressing Up Clothes for a variety of ages - perfect for all those character Breakfasts and Dinners!! Cable TV & PS2 with 12 games (also doubles up as DVD/CD player) Spongebob Squarepants Table and Chairs plus double dresser with mirror, bedside table with lamp and nightlight

FAMILY BATHROOM:
This tiled bathroom features a Bath/Tub,WC and Wash Basin plus a Shower over the bathtub

GARAGE:
Washer/Dryer/Iron & Ironing board to be found here along with Electronic Dartboard and Full size Table Tennis table. Pool Table and Airhockey are to added in 2007. You can also find the Baby Highchair in here

FOR THE CHILDREN:
We have tried to make our villa as child friendly as possible - Free use of Baby Equipment: highchair, cot, pushchair, plug in baby monitor, Toys, Books, Jigsaws, DVDs, Games, Dressing Up Clothes, Art activities, Board Games, CD's, Night Lights and more
